Zusammenfassung:	A differential mechanism 3 is contained and supported at inside of a bell housing 7 integrally provided to a transmission case 11 of a transmission 9 to constitute a common lubrication environment. A limited slip differential mechanism 5 for limiting differential movement of the differential mechanism 3 is made to be selectively attachable to outside of the bell housing 7. The limited slip differential mechanism 5 is not restricted by a size of the bell housing 7, the sufficient limited slip differential mechanism 5 can be provided, and an interchangeability of presence/absence of the limited slip differential mechanism 5 can be provided.
