Zusammenfassung:	An electronic document management system includes an acquisition unit, a specifying unit and a database. A medium includes a document image and a plurality of code image two-dimensionally arranged. Each code image includes position information and medium identification information. The acquisition unit acquires a code image corresponding to an operation position on the medium in conjunction with a user's operation with respect to the medium. The specifying unit specifies the medium identification information included in the code image acquired by the acquisition unit. The database stores personal information associated with the medium identification information specified by the specifying unit.
