The information management unit 63 manages temperature information of an temperature sensor 51 for detecting temperature in the container, and changes a sales price of goods to the price controlled by the vending machine management apparatus 80. The information transmitting unit 65 transmits information of the temperature sensor also as well as the sales information to the vending machine management apparatus 80.
