It additionally comprises a removable support ( 5 ) intended to fit directly or indirectly to the upper end ( 3 ) of the anchoring stem ( 1, 8 ) and to cooperate with an intermediate neck ( 7 ), which is itself provided with means for cooperation with the male or female implant.
