One side of the diaphragm serves as a pressure sensing surface for detecting the pressure applied thereon and another side serves as an attachment surface to be attached to another end of the pressure transmission member for transmitting the pressure to the sensing portion of the sensor element, and the diaphragm takes a shape of corrugation that has a plural number of bends formed therein. |
