Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for dissolving a solid material in a liquid including a container for receiving the solid material and the liquid. A turbidimeter measures the turbidity of the liquid in the container. A blender stirs the liquid in the container until the turbidity thereof, as measured by the turbidimeter, falls below a predetermined level. A sensor gauges the level of liquid in the container and causes a valve to admit liquid into the container when the liquid level falls below a set point.
