Zusammenfassung:	A versatile system for producing channel letter coil of superior reflectivity and durability is described that includes providing a readily formable substrate. A first reflective material is disposed upon a first surface of the substrate. A second reflective material is disposed upon the first reflective material. An aesthetic material is disposed upon a second surface of the substrate. The entire substrate, with the reflective and aesthetic materials intact, is then rolled into a channel letter coil product, ready for immediate and efficient use in sign production.
