The mechanism includes a locking plate, a casing for enclosing the locking plate, and an engaging member. The locking plate has a securing member and a protruding member. The engaging member extends from the cover. When the locking plate is in a first position, the securing member is engaged with the engaging member to secure the cover to the housing. When the locking plate is in a second position, the securing member is disengaged from the engaging member and the protruding member is extended into the electrical socket. |
