Zusammenfassung:	A cutting blade assembly for microkeratome includes a blade ( 8 ) with a rectilinear cutting edge ( 9 ), the blade being integral with a support ( 10 ) with substantially constant profile ( 11 ) along one longitudinal dimension parallel to the cutting edge ( 9 ) and delimited by an outer surface ( 12 ) having a notch ( 14 ) substantially orthogonal to the cutting edge ( 9 ) of the blade ( 8 ), wherein the outer surface ( 12 ) has a clearance ( 15, 17 ) parallel to the cutting edge of the blade extending from one end ( 10 a) of the support up to a specific distance of the notch ( 14 ).
