Zusammenfassung:	A (metal/rubber) composite comprising a rubber matrix reinforced with a metallic body adhering to the rubber matrix by means of an adhesive interphase; the rubber matrix is based on diene elastomer; the metal is a carbon steel, the carbon content of which is between 0.35% and 1.2%; to constitute the adhesive interphase, the carbon steel is coated with a metallic layer bearing aluminium oxides or hydroxides, which itself is covered by an organosilane film providing, as coupling agent, the bond between the aluminium oxides-hydroxides on one hand, and the rubber matrix on the other hand. The invention also relates to articles or semi-finished products made of rubber which are reinforced with or formed by such a composite, in particular tires.
