The door hinge assembly includes an upper dual pivot hinge, a lower dual pivot hinge, and a torsion bar extending substantially vertically between the upper and lower hinges. The door mounting pillar is configured and arranged to accommodate the dual pivot hinges so that that are not exposed when the door is closed.
