Zusammenfassung:	Only an information output from a wireless terminal for mobile unit to a wireless base station is allowed in response to an operation of operating means of the wireless terminal for mobile unit. When only the information output from the wireless terminal for mobile unit to the wireless base station has been allowed by the operation of the operating means, an information output from the wireless base station to the wireless terminal for mobile unit is allowed in response to another operation of the operating means. The wireless terminal for mobile unit is constructed so as not to respond to another operation of the operating means during the predetermined time since the first operation of the operating means.
