Zusammenfassung:	A probe frame assembly of an inspection apparatus for a liquid crystal display is capable of inspecting more than six LCD panels patterned on a glass substrate. In the assembly, at least two probe frame bodies are provided above the upper surface of a chuck such that they can accommodate a range of numbers of liquid crystal display panels, and simultaneously apply test pattern signals to shorting bars provided on one or more liquid crystal display panels.
