Zusammenfassung:	Thermosetting paint film is removed by adding plastic resin coated with thermosetting paint film into a mixed solution of an alcoholic solvent and alkali and heating this mixed solution while stirring. Isopropyl alcohol, phenoxy alcohol and alkali are added in a reactor and heated to a temperature of 50-70° C. while stirring. Plastic resin coated with thermosetting paint film is added and a reaction is performed while maintaining the temperature. The isopropyl alcohol and phenoxy alcohol are added in a mixed ratio of 70-90:30-10.
