Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle suspension is provided. The suspension includes a first assembly that is mounted between the vehicle axle and frame and provides controlling damping of movement of the unsprung mass of the vehicle. The suspension also includes a second assembly that is mounted to the vehicle frame and provides controlled damping of movement of a spring disposed against the vehicle frame. The first and second assemblies are in fluid communication. The suspension allows the spring to be mounted remotely from the vehicle axle and increases roll stiffness of the vehicle by allowing spring reaction points to be moved outboard of the vehicle frame rails.
