Zusammenfassung: | The invention concerns a method of controlling the machining of a workpiece which moves during the machining operation and on which a plurality of tool units operate simultaneously at different machining locations, in particular for controlling the rotary milling of a rotating workpiece such as for example a crankshaft at a plurality of machining locations (A, B, . . . ) simultaneously by separate tool units (a, b, . . . ), which is characterised in that with knowledge of the optimum motion parameters (nkwa, na, xa, ya, . . . ; nkwb, nb, xb, yb, . . . ) of workpiece (KW) and tool (WZ), which are separate for each machining location (A, B), the speed of motion of the workpiece, in particular the rotary speed (nKWa, nKWb) of the crankshaft (KW) and the speeds of motion (na, xa, ya, . . . ;nb, xb, yb, . . . ) of the tool units (a, b . . . ) are so selected that in the sum (S) of all simultaneously machined machining locations (A, B, . . . ) an optimum machining result is achieved overall. |
