Certain glycosylated analogs of fusidic acid have enhanced solubility properties in diluents or excipient of choice as compared to unmodified fusidic acid. Certain glycosylated analogs may be employed as chemotherapeutic agents and particular analogs may be useful for fighting anti-microbial infections.
