| Zusammenfassung: | A brace device can be inserted between the two lateral sides of the peripheral device and the lateral sides of the bay in a computer chassis. The brace device physically connects to the peripheral device to hold it in position and also exerts a compressive force to further secure the peripheral device in position. The brace device may be constructed using a first bracket and a second bracket, that is slidably engageable with the first bracket. The second bracket has a bowed elastic portion on a side opposite to the first bracket. The brace device is inserted in a slot in the side of the bay in the chassis to secure a peripheral device within the bay. |
