Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates generally to a process and apparatus for treating biosolids resulting from the treatment of biological wastewater streams. The invention relates to autothermal aerobic treatment of biosolids where temperature is controlled by sensing the oxidation/reduction potential of a treated solution and adjusting the amount of oxygen or the amount of biosolids supplied to the solution. The invention provides for a truly aerobic environment under which thermophilic microorganisms will thrive.
