Zusammenfassung:	A wave absorber comprising a foamed resin and a dielectric loss material dispersed therein, wherein the foamed resin is a foamed melamine resin obtained by foaming a resin composition comprising, as the main components, a melamine-formaldehyde condensate and a foaming agent. The wave absorber alleviates the problems of the prior art, and is lightweight and superior in self-extinguishing property, and shows an excellent wave-absorbing property owing to a uniformly dispersed dielectric loss material.
