Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed herein are nonionic vitamin E or polyethoxylated vitamin E derivatives represented by the following formula (I) and a method for the preparation thereof, and polymeric amphiphilic vesicles made therefrom. (I) wherein, n is an integer from 0 to 30, inclusive; A is -CH2-CH(CH3)- or -CH=C(CH3)-; B is -CH3 at the 5-, 7- or 8- position; m is 1, 2, or 3; and R is residue of acrylate or methacrylate derivatives represented by the following formula (II); (II) wherein, R1 is H or CH3.
