Zusammenfassung:	A method and apparatus is disclosed for the magnetic treatment of a hydrocarbon fuel in order to achieve stoichiometric combustion. One embodiment consists of an emission sensing means, a microprocessor and electromagnet electrically inter-connected in feed back loop as to minimize the emission of carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons while maximizing the output of carbon dioxide.
