Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an article for improving anti-static protection of clothing dried in a clothes dryer. The article includes a substrate, a layer comprising a first quaternary ammonium anti-static agent that has a first melting point. The layer comprising the first quaternary ammonium anti-static agent is adhered to the substrate. The article also includes a layer comprising a second quaternary ammonium anti-static agent that is adhered to the first quaternary ammonium anti-static agent. The layer comprising the second quaternary ammonium anti-static agent has a melting point lower than the first melting point. The present invention also includes a method for making the article.
