This mixture is heated to dissolve the solute materials, and then cooled to form a soft, pliant composition which can be manually applied to the skin. When contacted with body hair, the composition firmly adheres to the hair such that when the material is drawn away from the skin, the hair will be removed from its roots without undue swelling or skin irritation. |
