Zusammenfassung:	A monitor stand assembly includes a lower part and an upper part which can be linked without additional connecting member, resulting in easier assembly and improved productivity. The introduction of an interlocking mechanism for the upper and lower parts of the stand by interlocking selector flanges through an oval cutout, and a rotation-stopping flange for restricting horizontal rotation of the upper part within a flange-rotation-allowable zone, result in smooth monitor rotation as well as more secure monitor positioning after adjustment.
