| Zusammenfassung: | A humidity measuring apparatus includes a device having a resistance thereof varied with a change of humidity, a resistor connected to the device, an oscillation circuit for supplying a square wave of a predetermined frequency across the device and the resistor, and a measuring unit for detecting a voltage between the device and the resistor to measure humidity. The oscillation circuit selectively supplies a square wave of a first frequency and a square wave of a second frequency lower than the first frequency. Thus, the humidity is measured with a high precision. |
