Zusammenfassung:A bifurcated electrical connector (14) includes a precordial lead connection site (18) and a limb lead connection site (16). A precordial connector (26) can be fitted into the precordial lead connection site (18) and a limb lead connector (32) can be fitted into the limb lead assembly connection site (16). The force required to separate the limb lead connector from the limb lead connection site is greater than the force required to separate the precordial lead connector from the precordial lead connection site. Additionally, a cover flap (75) covers the precordial lead connection site when the precordial electrodes are not in use.
