Zusammenfassung: | Fast scan jitter in a ROS scanning system is substantially reduced by use of a multi-phase clock derived from a crystal oscillator. The rising edge of a start-of-scan signal is compared to the clock signal and the phase of that clock signal which is next in time to the SOS signal is used for that scan. For one example given, the scan-to-scan jitter is limited to within 1/8 the pixel period with even higher levels of accuracy possible. |
