Zusammenfassung:	A method for producing a modified polyisocyanurate foam by reacting an organic polyisocyanate, polyol and water in the presence of a trimerizing catalyst composed of a certain hydroxyalkyl quaternary ammonium compound, and a carbodiimidizing catalyst composed of a certain phosphorene oxide. The method enables production of low density modified polyisocyanurate foams with ease and rapidly without using volatile blowing agents such as CFC, HCFC, HFC and methylene chloride.
