Zusammenfassung: | A newly discovered microorganism is described that was isolated in biologically pure culture from soil and designated Bacillus sp. strain BH100 (FERM BP-2613 (FERM P-10408)). This strain is used in a new process for production of extracellular heparinase. Additionally a new heparinase having an optimum temperature for activity in the range of 45 DEG to 50 DEG C. is disclosed. |
