| Zusammenfassung: | An AC generator for use in motor vehicles which is high in power generation and cooling efficiency. The magnetic circuit is so constructed that its number of slots per each pole and each phase is 0.5 and that its winding system is of concentrated winding. With such a construction, the total length of its stator coils can be reduced compared with that of the conventional machine. In addition, its output and efficiency are improved by the reduced temperature rise and a reduction in its structure and cost can be achieved by the reduced consumption of copper. |
