Zusammenfassung:	A device for attaching a shaft in a frame includes at least two supports for carrying the ends of the shaft, a support lock which keeps the shaft on its support while permitting the shaft to turn locally, and a hinged locking mechanism for closing and opening the lock. The lock is opened and closed automatically by the hinged locking mechanism, which causes the lock to open against a biasing force in response to insertion of the shaft.
