Zusammenfassung:	Novel herbicides have the formula in which R is halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, C1-C4 alkylcarbamoyl, C1-C4 mono- or dialkylamino, phenoxy or nitro; n is 0, 1 or 2; X is oxygen or sulfur; R1 is C2-C8 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, 2-trifluoromethylphenyl, 3-trifluoromethoxyphenyl, 4-methoxyphenyl, 4-nitrophenyl, 3,4-dichlorophenyl or benzyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, C3-C6 alkenyl or C3-C6 alkynyl; and R3 is C2-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, phenyl(C1-C2)-alkyl, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl or pyridyl; or R2 and R3 taken together with the nitrogen atom form a 4-7 member ring; provided that: a) if X is sulfur, R2 is not hydrogen; b) if R2 is hydrogen, R3 is alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenylalkyl.
