Zusammenfassung:A method for increasing the concentration of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in poultry products is provided. The method includes adding to ordinary poultry feed an excess of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and Vitamin E and feeding this supplemented feed to poultry simultaneously with enriched water to produce commercially valuable quantities of poultry products high in Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
