Zusammenfassung:	The control panel comprises a manually controllable input device for manually setting new values of the control constants and supplying the manually selected values to the system. A comparison and substitution device compares the new value for the critical constant with a predetermined range defined by upper and lower boundary values. The comparison and substitution device selects a new value within the predetermined range when the manually selected value is outside the range. The control panel is for systems regulating several parameters according to at least one control constant associated with each parameter.
