Zusammenfassung:	A closure device for opening and closing an opening by moving a closure member substantially vertically has a motor for driving the closure member. The motor is secured to a lower portion of the closure member and within substantially the same plane as the plane of movement of the closure member. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent an eccentric load from being applied to the closure member.
