Zusammenfassung:	A storage device for cabinets is disclosed wherein shelves are carried by pairs of spaced, pivotally mounted arms. The arms are adapted to swing outwardly and downwardly, with the shelves maintaining a substantially horizontal attitude. A flexible cord is attached to a drawbar affixed to the shelf assembly, and a power unit is provided for extending and retracting the cord to move the shelf assembly between storage and retrieval positions.
