Zusammenfassung:	A control for draining water accumulated in a fuel tank, without loss of fuel or ingestion of water into an associate fuel system, is responsive to a flotation device weighted to float at the water-fuel interface. The flotation device is connected by a lever to turn a rotor in a pressurized chamber thereby selectively connecting pressure or exhaust to respective actuation control ports for a drain valve and fuel valve.
