Zusammenfassung:	A water guard for removably installing along the floor track of sliding patio-type doors includes a panel member depending vertically upwardly from the door track a distance of approximately three inches. The panel member is attached to the indoor side of the sliding door track and is supported thereon by way of a resilient, inverted U-shaped clamping mechanism. The water guard is selectively installed in the door track during periods of inclement weather conditions to prevent flow of water underneath the door and into the room.
