(v) pH stability: 6-11 (vi) pH optimum: 10 (vii) specific activity: 3000-5000 units/mg (viii) isoelectric range: between pH 5.0 and 6.0. An antibody-enzyme conjugate process for purifying alkaline phosphatase and a reagent test kit using the purified alkaline phosphatase are also disclosed.
