Zusammenfassung:	A light-weight hyperbaric oxygen therapy hood assembly comprising a neckdam and hood having a gas inlet and outlet. The neckdam comprises a diaphragm which can be varied from an open to a closed condition for sealing of the neckdam around the neck of the patient, the diaphragm being concentric to the hood and neckdam. An inflatable bladder is providable at the back of the hood. A check valve is affixable to the gas outlet of the hood.
