Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a shelf stable one component alkoxy-functional RTV composition. In particular, there is utilized a novel end-capping catalyst alone or with a co-catalyst to form a poly-alkoxy terminated diorganopolysiloxane polymer. Such a polymer is formed by reacting a silanol terminal diorganopolysiloxane, either with a polyalkoxy containing silazane cross-linking agent or an integrated cross-linker, scavenger in the presence of the end-capping catalyst.
