| Zusammenfassung: | A continuous casting method in which molten metal is continuously poured into a moving mould cavity formed between a rotary casting wheel having a peripheral casting groove and a moving belt partially covering the peripheral casting groove. The cast billet which has been solidified at least outer surfaces thereof is continuously pulled out from the moving mould cavity by means of pinch rollers which are rotated at a peripheral speed greater than that of the rotary casting wheel. |
