Zusammenfassung: | A latent image is electrographically generated onto a dielectric record member from an energized electrode in close proximity with the dielectric layer of the member, and which image, if desired, may be readily developed and fixed. The system is particularly characterized in that the dielectric record member is a clear transparent, flexible film, which is made up of a resin film base, a conductive layer on the base, and a dielectric layer thereon. The dielectric layer has a thickness of about 1.4-10 micrometers. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the dielectrtic layer includes an anti-blocking material which enables the film member to be unrolled from a roll holder and transported at a controlled rate uniformly and rapidly across an energized electrode so that a sufficient amount of charge can be transferred from the electrode to the film to provide a high contrast image. |
