Zusammenfassung:	A dispensing valve, particularly adapted for a squeeze bottle containing a viscous product, has a valve head in the form of a thin flat wafer of small diameter stationarily supported as freely as possible from obstructions, and above it an elastically deflectable diaphragm having a central opening with a periphery that seats on the periphery of the wafer. Internal pressure causes the diaphragm to move slightly from the wafer during a dispensing operation.
