Anti-allergic agents of N-(2-pyrazinyl) 1H- (or 2H) tetrazole-5-carboxamide derivation present the following formulae: +tr in which R1 is hydrogen, lower alkylamino, di(lower)alkylamino, cyano, halo, lower alkyl or halo; and R2 is hydrogen or cyano; OR A PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALT THEREOF.
