The invention provides a compound of formula I (I) wherein R is phenylloweralkyl and R1 is loweralkyl and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. Also included are anti-ulcer compositions comprising an effective amount of a compound of formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
