Zusammenfassung:1460522 Antigen-erythrocyte conjugates SCHERING AG 26 Feb 1974 [2 March 1973] 8623/74 Heading A5B [Also in Division G1] Erythrocytes are coated with an antigen or an antigen-protein conjugate by interacting erythrocytes, antigen (or antigen-protein conjugate), glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde together in an aqueous buffer solution of pH 5.5-8.5. Thereafter, the coated erythrocytes are washed and may be lyophilized. Numerous antigens are mentioned and examples relate to products in which sheep's erythrocytes are coated with: human placenta lactogen (HPL), human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), dinitrophenyl-bovine-y-globulin (DNP 3 -BGG) and fluocortolone 40 -BGG.
