Zusammenfassung: | A piezoelectric tuning element for precisely controlling the distance between two components has a pair of electrodes each located at opposing sides thereof and is supplied with a constant current over a predetermined first time interval establishing a charge of one polarity which is then completely withdrawn during a second time interval. Thereby a linearly increasing deflection from a predetermined initial value to a second precisely predetermined deflection value is caused during the first time interval, and a return to the initial value is achieved precisely, without appreciable hysteresis at the end of the second time interval. |
