Zusammenfassung:	A process for preparing a vinyl chloride polymer composition having improved impact strength and processability which comprises dissolving an ethylene/propylene copolymer containing 0 to 0.5 mol% of an unsaturated unit and having a Mooney viscosity of 3 to 29 in a monomeric mixture consisting of 99.5 to 95.0 % by weight of vinyl chloride and 0.5 to 5 % by weight of an olefin having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and polymerizing the monomeric mixture.
